1. How Do I Know What Size to Order?
For assistance with identifying the correct size for you, please refer to our company size chart. If your measurements fall in between two sizes, it is best to choose the next larger size so that it can be altered to fit your specific body measurements. Please do not hesitate to contact a Marieta's associate for assistance...we are here to be of service to you!!
2. How Do I Take My Measurements?
Bust - Have someone measure the fullest part of your bust with a tape measure
Waist - Have someone measure your natural waist which is the smallast part of your waist with a tape measure. A general rule of thumb for this location is approximately 2" above your belly button
Hips - Have someone measure the fullest part of your hips with a tape measure.
3. How can I return an item?
We DO NOT have return policy. We cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
4. Can I place an order online?
Yes! We will be happy to take your orders.
5. What happens when I place an order online?
If you provide a valid e-mail address during registration process, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail shortly after you make purchase acknowledging your order placement. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification e-mail with the UPS tracking # and the expected date of delivery.
6. What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money order, or cashier's check.
7. How long will it take to get my order?
All merchandise is subject to availability. It will also depend on the shipping method selected, the date the order is placed, and the destination. All orders are processed within 5 business days after ordering. We will advise you if the dress is not in stock as well as the delivery date for back up orders. We will try our very best to make sure that you receive your order @ least 3 days prior to your event.
